

What to expect at a "ELITE SPEED" Camp
Day One: Acceleration and Speed Evaluation/ Technique Training
(warm-up/group and individual work/ flexibility)
Day Two: Technique, Speed, Power, Coordination, Flexibility Training
(warm-up/group and individual work/ flexibility)
Day Three: Sports Specific Group and Individual Work
(warm-up/group and individual work/ flexibility)
Day Four: Camper/Team Contests/Final Evaluations/Express Awards
(warm-up/team contest/individual evaluations/flexibility)
Note:All group work will be done based on age group and/or level of ability. The athletes welfare and ability will always be our primary focus.
GUIDELINES
Camp will begin promptly at 6:00 pm -8:30pm.
No one will be permitted to leave camp unless accompanied by a parent or guardian
If your athlete has any special requirement, please notify Coach Wilks
Please be sure your athlete drinks plenty of fluids during the camp week
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP
A good pair of running shoes
Shorts and a tee shirt
Towel (make sure the athletes name is on it)
Water bottle (name on it too)
