This camp is designed to improve speed, strength, agility, flexibility and coordination in any athlete in any sport!
We use modern coaching and training techniques gained through years of experience with youth and collegiate athletes to evaluate, train and guide each athlete towards achieving their desired results.
This is not a fitness camp! The camp is intended for male and female athletes aged 6 through 23 who would like to:
Improve overall speed
Improve quickness
Learn proper technique and eliminate wasteful movement
Improve flexibility and coordination
