Practice Weather Policy
Please Note: The following policy will be used in case of inclement weather. We follow the National Weather Service guidelines and do run in heat & rain unless it is potentially dangerous. If the weather seems questionable visit the homepage for updates or contact Jen.
Practices: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 6:30-8:00 pm
Athletes are highly encouraged to attend practices for optimal results. It is very important to the coaches that your child be prepared. Attending practice regularly helps ensure that the athlete(s) are conditioned and therefore much less prone to injury. Also, without regular practice, some athlete(s) become discouraged by their lack of progress and don’t have the success they often expect of themselves.
Practice is held rain or shine (exceptions for hail, lightning and thunder) – Visit our website for updates and notifications for practice cancellations or changes. Feel free to phone any of the coaches or Jen Rupert.

Things to Bring to practice:
1. Hydration is very important. Please bring plenty of water to practice.
2. Appropriate practice attire:
Wear sweats and sweatshirt over shorts.
Please wear track shorts for practice.
3. Training shoes
4. Track Spikes – name in your spikes preferably
5. Gym bag – with your name on it
6. Sun screen
7. Positive attitude, Energy & Motivation!!

May: 8, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18, 22, 24, 25, 31
June: 1, 5, 7, 8, 12, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 28, 29
July: 5, 6, 10, 12, 13, 17, 19, 20, 24, 26, 27, 31
August: Team Banquet and Speed/Agility Camp
Practice sessions may be added or changed as needed based on track availability.
