Summer Classic Meet Information
The Summer Classic T&F Meet will be held on June 18, 2011 and is sponsored by the Olathe Express and YES-Athletics. The Summer Classic T&F Meet is open to any youth from any state that want to participate. Location: Baker University-Listom Stadium; 525 1st St., Baldwin City, KS 66006 Time Schedule: Registration will start at 6:45 am with the first running event at 8:00 am. All field events except pole vault will start at 8:30 am. Pole Vault will begin at 9:00 am. Age Divisions: The age divisions will be determined by the grade the athlete was in the spring of the current year. Entry Fee: $15.00 per athlete for the meet(not per event). Kindergarten and under athletes in the standing long jump, the candy 100 and the 4 x 50m relay will have an entry fee of $3.00 to cover insurance. Teams are required to register as a YES-Athletics team at a cost of $10. Please bring your team form and the $10 to the registration table at the meet. YES-Athletics Cards: All athletes are encouraged to obtain a $10.00 YES-Athletics membership. The card is encouraged.!!! Spectators: Adults -$3.00/ Ages 12 & under $1.00. Coaches with YES Athletics --free. AWARDS: Medals will be given to the top 3 finishers in each event. Concessions: A concession area will be available at the meet. REGISTRATION: Please note that registration closes on June 17, 2011. Unattached athletes will register and pay online on the meet website. Unattached athletes will receive a confirmation upon payment. Teams are required to registered online at www.trackroster.com. Upon registration teams may pay on-line or at the meet with a cashier/certified check payable to Olathe Express Track Club.
